As a Reiki master and intuitive healer, my practice is supported by decades of experience as a midwife, bodyworker, and mindfulness educator, supporting people through life’s most profound transitions.
This work has taught me that all emergence follows the same wisdom: it cannot be rushed, it asks for trust, and it unfolds more smoothly with gentle support and the presence of trusted companionship.

Reiki is a form of energy healing, originating in Japan. Translated as universal life energy, Reiki works holistically with the body, mind, and spirit to balance the energy field, release what is no longer needed, and promote peace and relaxation.
In our Reiki session, we’ll begin by connecting about your intentions and how you’re feeling that day. I’ll invite you to recline comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed, with any supports you might need. As I channel Reiki energy, I’ll place my hands over your body.
You might feel physical sensations like heat, cool, or tingling, or you may see colors. Emotions may arise, or you might go deeply into a relaxed state or even fall asleep. Any experience you have is just right!
Research has shown that Reiki decreases stress, aids in the treatment of insomnia, anxiety, and depression, helps relieve pain, and increases the body's natural immune response. Reiki is also a powerful way to connect to your inner wisdom and/or your spirituality, in whatever way you define or experience it.
I offer both in-person and distance Reiki sessions.
How does distance Reiki work?
One of the beautiful and amazing things about energy healing is that it doesn't need to be done in physical proximity to be effective. Unlike hands-on forms of bodywork like massage therapy, energy healing is not bound by space or time. Distance Reiki is an advanced technique, and one that I've been working with for many years. People are often surprised to find that it's every bit as lovely as in-person energy work, and I enjoy it too!
What is Reiki art?
In a Reiki art session, I’ll offer you a distance treatment and I will also create and send you a visual representation of the energies of your session as a catalyst for contemplation, inspiration, and continued healing.

The Akashic Records are an energetic library, containing the vibrational record of every soul and its journey. Candle Session
Be held in sacred space.
The candle session is a 45-minute introductory experience designed for those who are curious about energy healing and intuitive readings but have never experienced them before (or want to see what it's like to work with me specifically).
You'll receive a Reiki healing to help clear or release whatever is weighing on you, and intuitive guidance through a brief Akashic Records reading and/or tarot reading. You'll leave with clarity, and a simple affirmation or practice to support you in integrating the healing and wisdom you receive.

The Illuminated Path Mentorship

This is for you if you want to move into a deeper sense of trust in your life's path, deepen your spiritual practice, and weave magic, beauty, and sacred knowing into your daily life with gentle, optimistic companionship.

We'll work closely together for 3 months with a combination of Reiki and energy clearing (to release what's dimming your light and blocking your intuitive flow) and Akashic Records readings (to illuminate your soul's story and the gifts you're here to remember and share). I'll also help you build practices to strengthen your intuitive skills and trust your own wise guidance.
You receive a 90-minute session once a month, followed by 3 weeks of guidance and support.
Each month builds on the last in a deepening spiral:
Month 1: Clearing & Awakening: We begin to clear anything that's blocking your intuitive flow and help you uncover your gifts
Month 2: Strengthening & Trusting: You develop your intuitive skills and learn to trust what you're receiving
Month 3: Embodying & Sharing: You begin to integrate your gifts into daily life and clarify how you want to share your light
This is soul-led, responsive work, so we would follow what your intuition needs, rather than a preset curriculum. The goal is for you to trust yourself, not depend on me, to develop practices that are truly yours, and to come into deeper trust of your intuition as a primary guidance system.
